This is a documentary research conducted from the book ‘Justiça Restaurativa e Comunitária em São Caetano do Sul: Learning from conflict to respect the rights and promote citizenship”. The process of implementing the method, the relevance of the proposal for the school, to the judiciary and the whole community involved, shows that restorative justice can serve as a strategy for confronting the conflicts generated in interpersonal relationships.
