This work emphasizes the importance of Information Technology and Communication (ICT) as a potentiating interdisciplinarity within the school, through the literature review. It appears that ICT resources correspond to interfere and mediate the informational and communicative processes of individuals, a set of technology resources that, if integrated with each other, can provide the automation and / or communication of various types of existing processes in education or other areas. And they only have to add in the teaching-learning process by allowing trainers use these methods to overcome the fragmentation of knowledge to establish connections between different areas of knowledge to gain different knowledge and thus transform the practice in the teaching process, transcending to new forms of knowledge to go beyond the limits imposed by disciplinary practices. Finally, it is believed that the greatest challenge of school contexts beyond the curriculum changes is interdisciplinary spaces become learning and consequently have educators can develop beyond a work organization and presentation discipline.Metrics
