The importance of supporting health care for federal civil servants in a research institute

The public offices are accessible to all Brazilians, are created by law, with its own name and salary paid by public funds, for providing either permanently or on commission. Public services in Brazil today, receive from their applicants, with rare exceptions, critical to its quantity and quality, which involves, in many cases, lack or poor infrastructure. In this context, the objective of this study is to analyze the importance of the support of an interdisciplinary team of federal public servant to a research institute located in Vale do Paraíba Paulista, in matters involving their health and their legal dependents, directly influencing their human development. This is a case study, using the exploratory documentary, to define the state of the art on research undertaken in the country that focus on the Brazilian public servant. Thirdly, the research is a qualitative approach, even in the pre-test. The results demonstrate that, as an interdisciplinary team of professionals are involved with many different realities involved in achieving human development, it is essential that attention may dismiss civil servants and retired, and their families.Metrics
