In this paper I propose an analysis of the problems of enunciation of fake news about the environment circulating in sociotechnical networks of communication from the Lacanian theory of the Four Discourses. I analyzed ten checks from an agency specialized in detecting fake news on ecological issues. I propose the following formula: a) locutions are produced by speakers of the University Discourse (research centers, traditional media, multilateral agencies); b) they are denied by the speakers of fakenews, who assign them the place of production of the Master's Speech, and contrast it with the Hysteric's Speech; c) finally, the verification agencies seek to recover the performative force of the University Discourse through their statements.
