This study is an analysis, using as an example the case of deputy Daniel Lúcio da Silveira, on the form of metamorphosed governance of Jair Messias Bolsonaro and how unreasonable and stealthy situations are created that generate media information that takes the focus away from the agendas improbable or that would be blocked by Congress. Thus, with the deviation of focus, it governs by decree and social networks in critical moments of crisis of which Brazil is vulnerable, at the same time that it militarizes the government itself as a support for anti-democratic actions transforming them as natural.
