Pesticides. Social behavior. Legal regulation.Abstract
The discussion about pesticides strongly affects society, since its use presents important arguments for and against its use. In addition to its social and sanitary importance, this discussion directly touches the field of law, since scientific arguments about the use of pesticides must serve as a basis for drafting laws that regulate their use or not. To discuss these issues, we chose to use the methodology of a theoretical essay, which aims to dialogue with the reader, without the intention of reaching conclusions, but rather to foster critical reflection on the topic.
