Abstract

This article aims to present the results of a survey, conducted qualitative seeking to verify the existence of an interdisciplinary practice in the work of the school manager. Highlights the interdisciplinary causes a conscious management. It also recognizes the importance of the manager in education to participate in the elaboration of pedagogical and educational choices for achieving educational proposals committed to interdisciplinarity. Presents the "State of the Art" and opens space for a summary of the main findings of theses and articles, covering the work of the school manager in interdisciplinary design. It seeks to present the work of the school management with a holistic view of their role to be played.
