Abstract

O presente artigo busca compreender o processo de luto na fase adulta a partir da relação apego e perda descrita por John Bowlby, e de que maneira os padrões de apego estabelecidos durante a Infância podem influenciar na forma com que o indivíduo lida com as perdas futuras. Para compreender tais objetivos, foi descrito o caso da jovem Jandira que procurou a Clínica-escola de Psicologia após a morte traumática do noivo, trata-se, portanto, do resultado de uma pesquisa qualitativa baseada em um relato de experiência. Observou-se que os padrões de apego influenciam na forma com que o indivíduo lida com suas perdas futuras.

Atualmente é estagiária do setor psicossocial forense - Tribunal de Justiça do Mato Grosso do Sul. Tem experiência na área de Psicologia, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Luto patológico; Psicologia Clínica de Adultos; grupos tutoriais, formação de psicólogos e metodologia ativa de aprendizagem.
