implicações históricas nas tecnologias de vigilância

Resumo

O presente artigo tem por finalidade refletir criticamente a interferência dos legados de colonialidade nas tecnologias de vigilância no espaço pós-colonial europeu, ensaiando uma desocultação de uma persistente sobreposição entre estas duas lógicas. A partir da análise de entrevistas a profissionais da investigação criminal e policial, da genética forense, dos Direitos Humanos e criminologia nos Países Baixos, pretende-se argumentar como as tecnologias de vigilância estão complexamente implicadas e comprometidas com os contextos histórico, político, social e cultural.
